A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving

A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving is a show to teach the meaning of Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is a time to get together with friends and family and show what you are truly thankful for. From this a child might learn the origin and meaning behind this joyful time. Charlie Brown, Snoopy, Linus and Lucy help give a visual of what happened and how the pilgrims came from England on the Mayflower.
When our young characters embark on their trip to the unknown, as they begin happy their feelings begin to turn. They begin to feel sick and restless then a terrible storm hits forcing them into the cabins turning their spirits even more. Then to add to all that a bean breaks. When all hope is lost they push forward and hope for the best. Eventually when they arrive they are thrilled, then an epidemic hits and children have to do the work of the elders.
Yet again, when all hope is lost they push through and meet a strange looking person, an Indian, who teaches them the ways of the land. On November 21 be sure to thank the mighty travelers. Happy Thanksgiving!

Everybody Hates Chris

Everybody Hates Chris is a comedy show of a black family that works hard. The parents have three children, Tanya, Chris, and Drew. Chris goes to school all the way in Brooklyn which is longer than an hour away from their home.
One of the past episodes, of Everybody Hates Chris, an Asian kid comes to their school and the bully messes with him. The Asian kid then beats him up and the bully starts to avoid people and not be humiliated. Chris is the kid the bully normally picks on, but when the bully has been beat up, the entire school has changed and Chris feels that something needs to happen.
Chris goes to the Asian kid to set up a fake fight with the bully. Chris had told the Asian kid that he had to lose the fight so the bully could get his rep back. After the fight, the bully got his original self back and beat up Chris. Chris then promised that Asian kid could beat him up. At the end of the episode, everything was back to normal and everybody when back to hating Chris.

Americam Pickers

American Pickers is a show about two men who drive around the United States to find historical artifacts that they can buy and sell for a higher price. The two main characters are Mike Wolfe and Frank Fritz. They live in Iowa but travel thousands of miles to find great homes of collectors to buy their junk. What people call junk is treasure to them. At their workshop they have an assistant who guides them to the homes of people. Her name is Danielle, and the workshop is called Antique Archeology.
Mike and Frank collect and buy unusual items. A few examples are old bicycles, motorcycles, oil cans, old scooters, old signs (like the old coca cola signs), old cars, and many other items. Usually they double their money every time they stop at a place.
American Pickers is a popular show. On September 8, 2010 its viewers reached up to 5.3 million people for just one episode called “Laurel and Hardy.”

The Middle

The ABC hit comedy show, The Middle, is a show about a typical family that argues, does not spend enough time together, and is usually strange and crazy. The family includes Frankie, the mother, Mike, the father, and Axl, Sue, and Brick, the children.
On one of the most recent episodes, one of the family’s neighbors puts their child in a foreign exchange program and they get a kid from Spain. They really enjoy him and they both explain their culture to each other and had a blast. So Frankie and Mike decide to get a foreign kid and they get a boy from Japan. When the kid arrives, the family tries to act very normal and make the kid fit in. Trying to act normal gets out of hand and the family goes crazy and makes the trip for the Japanese boy awkward. On their way to a trip, their car breaks down and they are stuck in the middle of nowhere. They all get in a large argument and the Japanese boy says his first and only three words of the week, “I fix car.” He fixed the car and the family got to finish the trip.

NCIS “Broken Arrow”

The increasingly popular show, NCIS(formally known as Naval Criminal Investigative Service), is based in Washington D.C. The show follows a team at NCIS as they solve criminal investigations  that involve dead men and women of the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. The team consists of Agent Gibbs, Agent DiNozzo, Officer David, and Agent McGee.
Recently on NCIS, Agent DiNozzo's father was involved in the murder of a retired Navy Commander, Woody Iverson. He was the last person to see him alive. When Agent Gibbs finds that Agent DiNozzo's father is innocent, he lets him help the team and find the murderer. As the team, along with DiNozzo Senior, try to find out who murdered the retired Navy Commander, they find out Iverson's company was actually being ran by his COO, Dan Mayfield. Iverson's shipping and mining company recently stumbled across “The Broken Arrow”, a nuclear hydrogen bomb.
In the end, Mayfield told one of his men, Gaston, to follow Iverson. Gaston ended up killing Iverson. The episode, “Broken Arrow”, ends with Agent DiNozzo and his father reconciling and DiNozzo Senior hitching a ride on Donald Trump's plane.

Pawn Stars

The TV show that I will analyze is called Pawn Stars. Pawn Stars is on the History Channel at  ten o’clock every Monday, the show takes place in Las Vegas, Nevada. Pawn Stars is a family business about three guys that buy and sell many different types of items. The chiefs of the shop are Corey, whose is Rick's son(also called Big Hose), Rick Harrison, and Richardson Harrison.
Customers bring in unusual and valuable artifacts that tell a story and are part of history. Some items they have in the store are fire arms, musical instruments, sports merchandise, art, and many other historical artifacts. One unusual artifact was a shrunken head that was over a hundred years old. Rick did not buy it, although it was a really weird artifact. One of the most valuable item in the store is a 2001 super bowl ring which is valued at $60,000.
